Comments: I spoke with Gary on Monday and he came out and did my repair on Wednesday. He was willing to use a part I already had which saved me quite a bit of money. He gave me some tips on what to watch out for to help prevent the problem in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of hot tub service.

Comments: The technicians came to my home in a very timely manner to diagnose my hot tub. I received three quotes from different companies and this one was by far the cheapest. Both of the technicians were friendly and repaired my tub very quickly. They were very knowledgeable and gave me good information on my tub. I will use them in the future for any other problems.

Comments: No hot tub repair is cheap. My hot tub is 11 yrs old. Gary Palmer and Toby came out to fix a leak in my Hot Springs/ Tiger River hot tub. Gary located 3 leaks. Biggest expense was a blown seal in the wet end of my Waverunner 7000 pump. He took pump back to shop for replacing gaskets and seals. I found Gary was very honest about the condition of my 11 yr old hot tub. He DID NOT try to up sell me to a new $700 pump. He said the best action was a repair. I will hire Gary Palmer again.

Comments: These guys were so professional, very thorough in their work. Explained everything they were doing along the way. My hot tub needed some Major repair, and theses guys followed thru to the end. If I need any more work done on my hot tub, these are the guys I would call, and recommend to everyone. They are very knowledgeable. Thank you for making me a very happy customer.
